Disable EagleNT
Click Start - type in run "regedit".
in Regedit -> HKEY_LOCAL -> System -> CurrentControlSet -> Services
Search EagleNT right click -> Permission.
Click Add -> Advanced -> Find Now
Select Everyone
Click Everyone to Setup Permission
Click Full Deny for Full Control.
Click Apply/ OK.

== click run (windows + R) then type “gpedit.msc” —> ENTER
== click Local Computer Policy
== Select User Configuration –> Administrative Templates
== Then Select Windows Components –> Attachment Manager
== Enable “Default risk level for file attachments”,
== Enable “Inclusion list for low risk file types”
== Add to inside of list the extensions of file who you want, example, “.exe”
